  I visited this store around Dec. 19th looking for laminate flooring. The associate, Riley, was very patient and helpful. I overheard the manager tell the employees over walkies to ensure that they provide excellent customer service. I've read previous reviews that mention how bad the customer service is...apparently they are trying to resolve those issues.
  
  I'm giving two stars now because I raced to get there for a class on installing laminate flooring and find that they're not having the class "'cause ain't nobody here to do it." A flooring store should have more than one associate who is able to teach a class on installing flooring....especially since the company advertises as if the classes are held every Saturday.
  
  Up until that point, I had a great customer service experience.
