  I could've done way better for how much I pay. Takes forever to get anything fixed. One of the toilets hasn't worked since I moved in. Gate is always backed up. Fridge has been leaking since they changed the first one out. Trash is all around the apartment. There is only one dumpster in the far back. Overall bad investment , but what can I say it was my first apartment. Maybe this'll help the next person out.

  Nice apartments. I am quiet and clean, I live near quiet and clean people. It has been a few weeks and I don’t have a roach problem. My trash can has a lid, I throw out the trash every other day. I know from past experiences that leaving trash bags in your apt attracts roaches so I drive to the trash can and never leave the bags in my apt.
  
  Some of the buildings might have more of a pest problem,
  
  Also, they are fixing the pipes so every once in a while the water is off. They are not patching, at this point they decided to redo the plumbing. I coordinate this with my work schedule and either take a bath at night or before 9:00 am. I also have water jugs under the sink for emergency purposes. I only hope they put some new grass down when they finish renovations. Overall good experience.
